Terms of Service

Foyria provides AI-assisted property visual generation for floor plans and real estate marketing workflows. By using Foyria, you agree to use the service responsibly and only for content you are allowed to process.

Accounts and Workspace Access

You are responsible for your account, workspace activity, login credentials, uploaded files, project settings, and anyone you allow to access your workspace. You must provide accurate account and billing information when using paid features.

Uploaded Content

You are responsible for the floor plans, property information, images, render references, brand materials, prompts, and other content you upload. You must have the right to upload, process, transform, store, and use that content in Foyria.

You keep the rights you already hold in your uploaded content. You grant Foyria the permission needed to host, process, transmit, transform, generate, display, and store your content and related outputs so the service can operate.

AI Outputs and Product Boundaries

Foyria outputs are marketing visuals and concept presentations. They are not construction drawings, measurement guarantees, code-compliance documents, appraisal materials, safety documentation, or architectural approval materials.

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable for a particular listing, campaign, jurisdiction, platform, or property. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, sharing, or relying on them.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Foyria to upload or generate content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy, breaches listing agreements, exposes confidential property information without authorization, misleads viewers about a property's condition, violates applicable law, abuses the service, attempts to bypass usage limits, or interferes with Foyria infrastructure.

Credits, Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

Credits may be charged for upload, analysis, generation, regeneration, video, storage, download, or other product tasks. The exact pricing, package limits, renewal terms, and checkout details are shown in the product or at checkout.

Orders, subscriptions, taxes, invoices, refunds, cancellations, payment failures, and payment disputes may be handled by third-party payment providers. Refund availability depends on the checkout terms, the payment provider's policies, and whether credits or generation tasks have already been used.

Service Availability

Foyria may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features as the product evolves. Generation quality, processing time, supported file types, storage behavior, and provider availability may vary.

Ownership

Foyria and its underlying software, workflows, interface, design, models, prompts, trademarks, branding, documentation, and service infrastructure remain the property of Foyria or its licensors.

Suspension and Termination

Foyria may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is misusing the service, violating these terms, creating risk for other users, causing operational harm, or creating legal or security concerns.

Foyria is provided for property marketing and concept presentation workflows. The service is provided without guarantees that outputs will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for a specific listing, or accepted by any marketplace, client, authority, or platform.
