Foyria is designed for property marketing assets that users have the right to upload, process, transform, and use. This Copyright Policy explains the basic upload expectations and how copyright complaints can be reported.
You must have the rights, permissions, licenses, or authority needed to upload and process floor plans, render references, photos, brand materials, property documents, listing assets, prompts, and related project information.
Do not upload or generate content in a way that infringes copyright, violates privacy, breaches listing agreements, breaks confidentiality obligations, misuses another party's brand materials, or exposes confidential property information without authorization.
If you believe content processed or stored by Foyria infringes your rights, contact support@foyria.com with enough information for us to review the complaint.
A useful copyright complaint should include:
Foyria may review the complaint, request more information, restrict access to the content, remove content, notify the account holder, or take other action we consider appropriate based on the information available.
Foyria may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly upload infringing or unauthorized materials.
If your content was restricted or removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the complaint was mistaken, you may contact support@foyria.com with a counter-notice.
A useful counter-notice should identify the removed or restricted content, explain why you believe you have the right to use it, provide your contact information, and include any supporting authorization, license, ownership, or listing rights information.
Copyright questions and complaints can be sent to support@foyria.com.
