Foyria is a private AI property visual generation SaaS for user-provided floor plans and property marketing assets. This Privacy Policy explains how Foyria handles information needed to operate the service.

Information We Process

We may process account details, contact information, authentication records, uploaded floor plan files, project settings, prompts, style preferences, generated asset metadata, workspace activity, credit usage, and support messages.

If you use paid features, payment and billing information may be processed by third-party payment providers. Foyria does not store full payment card numbers.

Floor Plans and Generated Assets

Uploaded floor plans, property references, project notes, and generated outputs may be stored through Foyria's configured storage provider so you can manage, download, and regenerate property visual packages.

When real generation providers are connected, Foyria may send the information required for a generation task to AI model providers or infrastructure providers. This can include uploaded floor plans, selected room types, style settings, prompts, reference assets, and previous generated outputs used to keep a package consistent.

Foyria is designed for real estate marketing visuals and concept presentations. It is not designed for construction drawings, measurement guarantees, code-compliance documents, or architectural approval.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage accounts, upload and process floor plans, generate 3D floor plan overviews, room render concepts, and listing video previews, track credits, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and maintain the security of the service.

Cookies and Analytics

Foyria may use cookies, local storage, authentication tokens, analytics tools, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember product settings, understand usage patterns, diagnose errors, and improve the service.

Sharing and Service Providers

Foyria may share information with service providers that help operate the product, including hosting, storage, database, AI generation, payment, analytics, email, customer support, and security providers. These providers are used to deliver the service and are not intended to receive more information than is needed for their role.

We may also disclose information when required to comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, protect users, investigate abuse, or defend the security and integrity of Foyria.

Data Retention and Deletion

Foyria keeps account, project, uploaded, generated, billing, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable obligations.

You may request account or project deletion by contacting support@foyria.com. Some records may need to be retained when required for security, billing, backup, fraud prevention, legal, or operational reasons.

Children

Foyria is intended for business and professional property marketing workflows. It is not directed to children or to anyone who cannot use online services without appropriate consent.
